Building healthier communities is a goal of Saint Clare’s Health System’s mission. And as the organization committed to raising much-needed funds and awareness for the health system’s hospitals, facilities, programs and services, Saint Clare’s Foundation has several special events each year so that we can continue to reach that goal.
From the leisurely fun of a golf outing to the glitz and glamour of a gala, Saint Clare’s Foundation strives to create events that offer unique experiences for participants, outstanding value for our sponsors and viable opportunities to raise donations that will help us, together, build a stronger, healthier Northwest New Jersey.

Spring Gala
Black ties and ball gowns set the tone for one of the most elegant and exclusive evenings of the year in Northwest New Jersey with the Saint Clare’s Spring Gala, the Foundation’s largest and most lavish fund raiser. Dinner, live entertainment and dancing, silent and live auctions – both featuring luxury items, including jewelry and exotic vacations – raffle prizes and instant-win prizes fill this magical night with unparalleled glamour and excitement. Johnny Rizzo Golf Outing 
Founded in 1977, the Johnny Rizzo Golf Outing has become one of the area’s greatest traditions to hit the green. Featuring a registration brunch, tournament with a scramble start, cocktail reception and dinner and awards ceremony, this fun, full-day, annual affair has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars which support Saint Clare’s programs and services to benefit the Sussex community since its founding. Saints-Classic Golf Outing 
Link up with your golfing partners at the Saints-Classic Golf Outing. This upscale annual fund raiser offers a variety of contests, luxury skill and raffle prizes and premium player perks.And, the friendly competition really heats up at the country club each year as teams vie for the Corporate Challenge win, creating an exciting tournament within a tournament, while tens of thousands of dollars are raised to support Saint Clare’s. Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness
Step it up in the fight for women’s lives with the Saint Clare’s Walk for Breast Cancer Awareness. This annual walk, which was founded in 1997, sets the pace for Saint Clare’s to be a leader in cancer care by supporting the health system’s effort to diagnosis and treat breast cancer. Join the more than 2,000 participants who walk for their mothers, daughters, wives, sisters, friends or themselves, at this September event, which features awards and survivors’ ceremonies. Fashion Fight for a Cure
At this event, Saint Clare's fights cancer through fashion with Fashion Fight for a Cure, a fundraising event organized by DePasquale the Spa. The fun-filled afternoon will feature a red-carpet cocktail hour, a runway show, and a silent auction. Proceeds from the event will benefit Cancer Care at Saint Clare's, the comprehensive oncology program of Saint Clare's Health System. Fashion Fight for a Cure is inspired by David DePasquale, MD, a staff obstetrician-gynecologist at Saint Clare's Health System for 11 years. This year’s event is also dedicated in memory of Assemblyman Alex DeCroce who selflessly served the people of Morris County for over 23 years.
